We kindly ask that you to leave the property in the same standard as it original condition report upon vacating.
As a part of our process, we will be advertising the property for lease once we received your Notice to Vacate. In accordance with the residential tenancy agreement, the tenants are required to provide was reasonable access to show prospective tenant to view the property, given the appropriate notice.

Upon termination of the lease, the Renter agrees to fumigate, and flea bomb the entire property including having the carpets professionally steam cleaned and deodorised. If fleas are to be found at the property after the Renter has vacated, a pest control will be carried out and deducted from the bond held. A copy of the pest control receipt must be submitted to our office.
Any damage caused by neglect must be repaired at the tenant’s expense. Please address any such issues prior to vacating.
