As a Managing Director of Team Canavan - Ray White Mansfield, Matt, a born and bred local, oversees both the strategic direction and the daily operations of the business and is also one of the leading agents. Coming from a highly successful business career in health & medical and business management, Matt has embraced the opportunity to apply his skill set to real estate. Together with his wife Missy, Matt is focused on transforming Ray White Mansfield into a unique business that blends reputation and unrivalled local knowledge with the latest in real estate technology and exemplary customer service.  

Matt’s previous career as a health professional taught him that positive customer outcomes were essential, not only for his customers (patients) but also for business success and growth. Matt focused on using this principle to rapidly grow his own businesses, then, in turn, took on business consultancy to assist other business owners in growing their own businesses. Matt is now applying these same principles to his ‘other love’ real estate, where again the success of Team Canavan will hinge on the satisfaction of clients and achieving great results.

When (and if) Matt finally gets some downtime, you will find him on the golf course or tennis court, as in his slightly younger days, Matt was a Club Champion at Mansfield Golf Club and recently has returned to take out the Tennis Club Championships. Also a keen cyclist and snow skier, Matt loves being involved in the Mansfield sporting scene.
